Light One Candle

College Chorus and Chamber Singers combine to highlight the mid-winter celebrations of many cultures. College Chorus will present Welsh, Italian, and Moravian carols, along with Hanukkah music and Peter Yarrow's Light One Candle. Chamber Singers will present Arvo Part's ground-breaking Magnificat and Seven Magnificat Antiphons, written in his mystical, tintinnabulist style. These pieces changed the face of twentieth-century choral music, and are sure to highlight this memorable evening.
