This eclectic concert by College Chorus and Chamber Singers explores Langston Hughes’s notion of the ability to “dream of vast horizons of the soul.” College Chorus will perform a diverse, multilingual set of works by American composers Rosephanye Powell and Kyle Pederson, Anton Bruckner, and music for Hannukah and Christmas. Chamber Singers will perform an inspiring program of contemporary and historical music, including works by Canadian composer Sarah Quartel, Kestutis Daugirdas, Stacey Gibbs, Felix Mendelssohn, Orlando Gibbons, and Henry Purcell.
