Come out and enjoy a fun-filled evening of big-band jazz music as the COM Jazz Ensemble performs some engaging mid-century and more recent compositions. The list includes a couple of classic pieces by Charles Mingus, Matt Harris, Gordon Goodwin, and maybe even a piece by Frank Zappa. The program will include a multi-doubling woodwind orchestration of Jaco Pastorius’ Three Views of a Secret.
